Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

• This position is responsible for network management/speed monitoring, Variants/Device/Test benches … and software tool licensing management in ODC.

Key Role Responsibilities
Network:
• Stabilizing, monitoring, reporting and cooperating to resolve problem/request about network (VPN tunnel, host file configure, network speed, ODC network policies, etc.).

General CM:
• Manage file server, fsoft sharepoint, fsoft confluence, implement CM & ISM regulations in ODC
• Manage office environment (noise, light, temperature (A/C), office setting, general improvement)

Specific CM works of ODC:
• Hardware: +Define and Implement a good HW management strategy within ODC.
• HW receiver at FPT side for customer shipment. Involve in procurement, import/export activities.
• Tools Planning, allocating, setup process for using of software tools license.

[Further/Optional works]:
• ISM duties of BU manager (special request approval, ISMS training, coordinate with ISM team)
• technical on-boarding, off-boarding (account, permission, network, etc)

Job Qualifcation
• Background in IT major.
• Having experience with network setup and monitoring.
• Having experience with hardware devices
• Good English communication skills, reading and writing skills, able to meet on call/remote setup using English
• Carefulness, proactive is an advantage.
