iOS Team Lead

Job Description

• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
• Working directly with customer to gathering requirements and tasks list.
• Help the development team to interface with customer in technical discussion.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs, and improve application performance.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practices.
• To design solutions independently.

Job Qualifications
• Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of native iOS app development experience
• Advanced Objective-C/Swift skills.
• Proficiency with threading and performance tuning
• Strong sense of design and user-centered perspective.
• Good at English communication
• Have experience with Agile/Scrum projects.
• Experience with REST API communication, Socket communication, gPRC communication.
• Experience in architecture design such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, Modularization Architecture
• Experience with RxSwift.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN or Git.
• Knowledge of security and experience in writing secure and efficient codes
• Experience in implementing & maintaining iOS Continuous Integration and Deployment process.
• Integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs and push notifications
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines.
• You are a problem solver with good analytical skills.
• You are curious about new technologies and you are excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
