Job Description
• Business analysis activities:
o Lead the activities of eliciting and analyzing product goals, business requirements together with customer representatives regarding new module/features. Document the solution: user stories, activity diagrams, use case spec, screen description, business rules, validation rules, etc.
o Collaborate with Solution Architect and development to propose IT solution.
o Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaint
o Manage team backlog.
o Overseeing the implementation of offshore scrum team
o Lead and collaborate in bug filtering/prioritizing during end user test or in maintenance phase.
• SME activities:
o Research on market trends, join conferences/webinars/communities to improve business domain knowledge, write report and share knowledge to team.
o Partner with sales team to present the capability and experience of the company in healthcare sector, understand customer challenges and opportunity.
o Work with bidding team to response to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level.
o Work with customer to define scope of POCs and work with POC team in implementation and result demonstration.
o Build product/solution.
Job Qualifications
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3 years’ experience in roles such as business analyst, product owner, product analyst, product manager, pre-sale support.
• Experience working in IT industry in implementation of software solutions.
• Experience working in solutions/projects in healthcare/pharmacy/health insurance/life science area is an advantage.
• Having analytical mindset. Experience in working with client’s stakeholders to collect and analyzing business needs and break down into clearer business processes and related business rules. Ability to identify areas of improvement and ability to recommend solution as well as present and influence the buy-in of the recommendation.
• Experience in writing and execute software requirements in the waterfall and agile/scrum process (SRS, use case, user stories, different diagrams and wireframes, etc.)
• Very good at presenting, explaining ideas, problems, issues and solutions. Ability to influence and lead the discussion toward beneficial goal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience working with foreigners is a must.
• Must have ability to focus on details.
• Must have the willingness to learn about the healthcare industry, digital health and stay up to date with fast-paced changes.
• Experience on IT/technical fundamental with willing to constantly catch up with new technology and trends in IT.
