Job Description
Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
- Manage team “contact center”, assure service quality.
- Support users experience in IT service (Receive and handle tickets).
- Follow up, evaluate outcome of each team member based on KPI.
- Report working status to manager periodically.
- Build and propose ideas about executive processes in order to grow client’s pleasure.
- Write, update all documents about guiding how to use IT service.
- Start training for group as soon as receive updated information from IT system.
- Assure information security for all departments according to company’s policy.
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:
- Graduated with major in Information Technology.
- Has experience in manager, group leader.
- 2 year experience supporting information system.
- Own ability in analyze working process, contribute in process updating toward system and user.
- Having knowledge about other systems such as: Network, System, Security
- Be able to handle and resolve issue rapidly.
- Has the ability of observe, track other members’ working progress.
- Has the ability of training, create training documents to other employees.
- Has the ability in communication, presentation to guide users.
- Enthusiastic, passionate with customer care job and has high working responsibility.
- Own Microsoft/ Cisco/ Security certificate is a plus.
