Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care: 

  • Learn eCAD system / business tool of customers (electronic ELSA);
  • Use the business learned to support end-users via Mail (calls in the future);
  • Working time:
  • July 20: 11:00 ~ 20:00 from Monday to Friday, according to the Japanese / German calendar;
  • From August 2020: 8:00 ~ 17:00 from Monday to Friday, according to the Japanese / German calendar.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:   

  • Japanese: level N2 up;
  • English proficiency: Basic grammar and communication (~ TOEIC 650 up);
  • Having basic knowledge of electronics / CAD is an advantage;
  • Experience in working with Japanese customers is an advantage;
  • Experience working as a IT helpdesk is preferable.
