Job Description

• Tech and non-tech recruitment upon request of company
• Receive recruitment requirements, analyze requirements to write appropriate job descriptions
• Search and screen CV, evaluate and select the candidates that match the recruitment requirements
• Organize the implementation of interview processes according to the company’s regulations
• Join external communication, job posting and employer branding activities of FPT Software
• Recruitment report per month/week

Job Qualification

• 2+ year of experience in recruitment, especially in IT/Software industry
• Have a large human resources database (especially in the IT industry), proficient in using social networks for recruitment like Facebook, LinkedIn,…
• Good appearance
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good command of English
• Willing to work for a long time
