Japanese IT Communicator (N2)

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care

• Receiving and manage documents and requests from Japanese clients (Japanese), project teams (Vietnamese or English)
• Translating received documents as required (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese / English-Japanese), ensuring the company’s translation principles and procedures.
• Translating emails between the project team and Japanese customers (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese / English-Japanese)
• Interpreting (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-Japanese) in meetings with Japanese clients of the project team
• Taking care of and support Japanese customers when they come to Vietnam

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

• Japanese language proficiency from N2 or equivalent or higher
• Over 1 year of experience
• Love Japanese translation and interpretation
• High ability to learn and work independently; have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Agility, dynamism and active in work
• IT translation experience is an advantage
• Studying and working in Japan is an advantage
