Job Description

FPT Software Hanoi is looking for Java Developers with at least 3 years’ experience.

We are building integrations from the regional platform back to the local Thailand systems. So in most cases, the candidates will work on 2 kinds of APIs:
1.1/ APIs that consume data from our backend data sources and send it out to the frontend regional apps
1.2/ APIs that receive data from the frontend apps and trigger / create data in our backend systems

• 5+ years Java server-side development experience with decent understanding of core design patterns.
• Hands on experience in Java 8 and above
• Knowledge of GIT, branching strategies, build and deployment pipelines
• Experience of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience with SQL and nosql databases
• Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and
Continuous Integration (CI)
• Knowledge of consuming and providing REST APIs
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of API gateways
• Knowledge of Oauth is plus
• Experience of scala and SPARK is a plus
• Knowledge of retail banking is a plus
• Cloud knowledge a big plus (AWS/GCP/terraform)

Job Qualification

Basic Qualification:
• 5 years of relevant working experience in backend web development
• Experience in Spring boot micro service based APIs with multiple Spring components
• Solid understanding of API design and implementation
• Dockerized services
• Deep experience working with relational DBMS and SQL
• Experience working in a source-controlled environment such as GIT or TFVC
• Experience in full development life cycle from requirements analysis through coding and release

Nice to have:
• Deep experience developing, testing, documenting and releasing mission-critical software
• Deployment onto Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Experience in DevOps / CICD compliance using Jenkins / Azure DevOps
