Java Tech Leader – Signing Bonus Up to 50M

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Participate in planning, definition and high level design of the solution for sub-system, modules and other interfaces.
• Interact with domain stakeholders such as Project Manager, BrSE, SA to understand and work on architecture design, detail design of Product Components and Features.
• Join meetings with the design teams (customer/onsite) to discuss needs of project to propose software solution.
• Help resolve customer request and issues.
• Act as the technical point person within the domain. This includes making final technical decision in the case of a disagreement.
• Collaborate with PM, QA and other developers to ensure highest quality of products delivered.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations (strong presentations skill) explaining solution to customers and team. Provide technical leadership (cloud solution, technical issues) to the delivery team.
• Support pre-sales & bidding: proposal system architecture & infra, database design, design pattern, create proposal & estimation

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry and have 5+ years of experience in architecture and design of IT systems, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years experienced in software development, strong on JAVA. More than 3 years experiences with SA/Technical Lead position on Java.
• Able to perform the duties associated with software design methods (Object Oriented/Structured Design, Architectural/Design Pattern, Object Oriented Development, High/Low Level Design).
• Excellent knowledge and experiences with Java solution (Micro-service, Cloud service, Migration solution, Enterprise) and experiences with Java Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, Distributed Cache Systems.
• Experience with analyzing and evaluating functional, non-functional and constraint requirements
• Strong analytical problem solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) (TOEIC >= 600, or equivalent level), have ability to write technical design document, write proposal on software architecture/solution and present to client.

Nice to have:

• Front-end development experience – JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AngularJS or ReactJS
