Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

  • Understand and analyze the requirements / designs clearly.
  • Implement features from design specifications and deliver code with high quality
  • Perform code review, code refactor
  • Ensure components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

  • Have 2 years’ experience or more as a software engineer in the web development environment
  • Strong knowledge of web technology: JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, HTTP, Ajax, Rest API
  • Strong knowledge of front end development with ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux
  • Ability to provide sustainable solutions, and create consistent and nice user-experience
  • Experience creating and interpreting architecture and models
  • Solid experience in modern front-end build tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, Rollup, NPM)
  • Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
  • Have knowledge of testing methodologies like unit test, visual regression test, etc
  • Experience building responsive, elegant and scalable web applications; understand crossbrowser/platform compatibility issues
  • Good teamwork and reliability

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience in applying modern CI/CD pipelines and tools like Circle CI
  • Good understanding of UX and UI design best practices
  • Knowledge of web load testing, client-side caching, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/test-driven development
  • Good understanding of Mobile Web and Progressive Web App development
  • Experience with Java or PHP is a plus
