Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care
- Produce screen flow based on the agreed future state customer journey
- Lead the creation of UI solution based on agreed screen flow and produce fixed path prototypes for user testing
- Improve the UX based on the user testing results
Outputs

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
- Experienced in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud-based user testing platforms for remote testing
- Working location: Hong Kong
