Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care
- Plan/execute user research to understand customers’ current needs and unmet needs, and produce/present findings/insights/opportunities to stakeholders
- Lead the creation of ‘as is’ customer journey as well as future state customer journey based on the research findings and business needs
- Plan/execute user testing to validate UX solutions, and identify/present areas of improvements with recommendations to stakeholders
Outputs
- Research plans
- Competitive/Comparative analysis reports
- Research reports (insights, unmet needs, opportunities, usability issues)
- Recommendations for improvements based on research findings
- Customer journeys (‘as is’ and future state)
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
- Experienced in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud-based user testing platforms for remote testing
- Working location: Hong Kong
