Job Description
• Receive inbound requests through channels like on email, Teams Chat, or any other chat means based on a documented process. Individuals that have very limited technical expertise or are in the early stages.
• Logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes
• Incidents reported by users
• Alarms raised by monitoring tools.
• Support tracks tickets until successfully resolved.
• Implement basic, documented break-fix tasks along the lines of following a documented process. Escalate to an L2 depending on an unexpected result of a documented process.
Job Qualification
• College or University Graduation (IT is preferable)
• Familiar with computer, good Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication skill
• Can reading, writing and speaking in English at intermediate level
• Have good customer support mindset and attitude
• Fast learning, Proactive
