Manual Tester

Job Description

• Also work as a member of Development Team
• Joining Backlog Grooming/ Refinement, Sprint planning to get same understanding about scope/requirements
• Extra working with BA/Proxy PO to get more deeply understanding about requirements
• Writing test case for each Sprint backlog item as a component of Acceptance Criteria
• Performing testing: Manual testing, regression test, white-box testing…
• Logging, managing and tracking status of detected sprint bugs/defects (before sprint demo)
• Maybe helping client/ Proxy PO write description for defects/comments from client as new product backlog items, including acceptance criteria for these
• Maybe supporting BA/Proxy PO to help Developers on clarifying requirements if needed
• Create Test Reports

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

• 3 years experiences on software/web application testing
• Experienced on Agile/ Scrum projects
• Experienced on testing large system
• Knowledge about testing
• Manual testing and Regression testing skills
• Communication skills
