Job Description

• Application Consultants are trained in enterprise resource planning (ERP) of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions, a business process management software that allows an organization to use integrated applications that automate, many functions related to technology, services, and human resources, thus freeing up company manpower.
• Provides support related to this function, developing and integrating the client’s relevant ideas and assisting in resource-planning decisions.
• Have primary goal is to ensure their ERP software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and develop and oversee solutions for any shortcomings.
• Assess the company’s business requirements and software needs for many areas, including employee training, business processes, and employee communication, and ensure that any new solutions devised are time-and-cost-effective.
• General duties will include software analysis, working with technical teams, developing design specifications for programs, and present plans of action to management.
• Working place is in Vietnam. However, the candidate may go to support customers at its side in Vietnam and overseas.

Job Qualification
• MIS – Management Information System / BIS – Business Information System Diploma / Auditing or accounting majors.
• Have experience in implement Finance Software or ERP system is an advantage.
• Analytic Skills: make decisions that will result in profits for Business requirements.
• Know Supply Chain and Financial Processes.
• Ability to understand, articulate, and address Business issues, Business drivers, and needs.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Arrange a working time when having the pressure in work
• Proactive, self-controlling tasks, teamwork
• Communication, Negotiation, Presentation Skills.
