MS 365 Support Engineer – Signing Bonus Up to 25M – NO PROBATION

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Working on the customer’s MS 365 system for operation & maintenance
• Provide customer facing product engineering support for Office 365
• Provide real time client support for faster resolution of cases
• Conduct research on complex cases, validates cases and contributes to knowledge management initiative
• Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365 for user
• Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
• Technical support for issues related to O365
• Creating routine task guidelines and training for other members
• Support Objects : Teams, Yammer, EXO, SPO, OneDrive, Outlook, Outlook on the web, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, …

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• College graduated or higher in computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields
• At least 2+ years of professional IT experience :
• With solid Infra background, strong understanding of servers, Azure Active Directory or AD, and the like
• With O365 skills and experience (MS admin portal)
• With share point skills
• Proficient in MS Exchange and two or more O365 technologies
• Automate and customize scripts using power shell.
• Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support
• Good in English is plus
• MS Certification is plus
• ITIL process knowledge and experience is plus.
