• Translate documents, communicate with customers.
• Complete other periodic tasks/requests based on available manuals.
• Coordinate with Dev to investigate the cause & report to customers.Requirements/ Desired skills and experience.

Job Qualifications
• Proficient in Excel
• Good Japanese in communication (JLPT N3 up)
• TOEIC > 550 or English B1
• SQL/VBA (Basic)
• Have experience operating the system (Or experience in the IT industry) is plus point
• Have experience working with Japanese customers
• Experience with Teraterm/JP1/… is preferred
