RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee a group of projects within the resource pool.
• Develop and maintain resource plans for all managed projects.
• Monitor resource utilization, effort, and workload, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
• Create monthly reports on resource usage and propose adjustments if needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define resource needs and align project requirements.
• Manage all administrative and paperwork tasks related to resource planning and projects.
• Provide guidance and support to Project Managers in handling resources.
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree, preferably in IT field PMP certificate is a plus.
• Have experience with multiple projects management.
• Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5, TOPIK 6) to communicate directly with onshore and clients.
• Proactive, can-do attitude
• High sense of organization and responsibility
• Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
