Job Description
- We are looking for an onsite Project Manager to work directly with customer mainly in Thailand, and development team in another country.
- Develop program strategies and goals which match with the strategic and product roadmap of customer.
- Coordinate and organize the activities for projects to deliver working software in to production in line with the product roadmap.
- Main coordination and escalation point for the team
- Develop the project KPI and provide improvement actions
- Help all scrum teams to follow the best practices of Agile/ Scrum and also follow the customer/ FSOFT SDLC
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in Project Manager role. Experience in software development using Agile software development methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban/ Lean/ XP).
- Experience in process change and adoption across technical delivery teams
- Experienced with Microservice based architecture.
- Experienced with Enterprise Integration and Application Design patterns.
- Experience in scheduling and tracking experience using open source tools (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)
- Ability to work in a team environment (onsite/offshore communication).
- Excellent communication skills both Thai and English language.
