Job Description
Job Summary:
• The position will act as a workflow analysis and a quality control/operation manager, working closely with the internal Operations teams and various partner technology teams to advance the performance and delivery of the AI solutions department. The person must have excellent project management skills and experience with process improvement methodologies, be able to support in strategic planning and representation, and engage with various internal stakeholders in helping to deliver quality services.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Presales and Delivery teams and the partner stakeholders, both internal and external to the company, to understand the delivery requirements and the process supporting deliveries
• Review procedures in place for quality control, technical operations, documentation, tracking and compliance to processes
• Setup performance evaluation and analytic framework across the operational functions to visualize service levels (SLA) and performances to help identify the areas of improvements
• Establish process improvement plan on key processes and work with the internal team and external stakeholders including suppliers as necessary to work to improve the process to help deliver quality of products or services
• Perform risk assess, escalate to the project team and propose for any mitigation, and report to the management as necessary
• Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center.
• Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
• Drive and coordinate crisis management.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center.
• Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the team and related business units
Job Qualifcation
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or other relevant degrees
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations role required
• At least 2 to 3 years managing a team with a complex requirements and deliverables
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation and attention to details
• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate with all levels within an organization
• Proven experience in influencing others to affect change
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.) preferred
• perience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
