Job Description

• Responsible for the helpdesk of the OutSystems platform to ensure quality and security;
• Provide support and maintenance to the application systems and ensure all issues are proactively resolved;
• Identify, understand and categorize the customer’s presented situation.
• Assess the business impact of the situation
• Gather the necessary information to address the issue, including how to reproduce It
• Investigate unknown incidents
• Find solution / workaround & give to customer
• Document known problems for use by agents

Time Coverage:
• Aug/23 ~ Sep/30 : Mon to Fri 8:00 ~ 17:00 (VN calendar)
• Oct/11 ~ Oct/15 : Mon to Fri: 7:00 ~ 16:00 (JP calendar)
• Oct/15 : On call support (*) to serve 16×7

From 3PM ~ 7AM Including Sat & Sun and Holidays
(*) When receive the tickets, the agents will call OS Engineers to get support.
It means the OS Engineers does not has available 16×7, just on call support.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related fields.
• Has at least 1.5 years of experience in developing high-availability, multi-tiered and secure web applications
• Must have experience in application development using OutSystems
• Must have Out System Associate Web Engineer certificate
• Have experience in SOAP, RESTful APIs, Microservices, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax
• Experience in .NET Framework is advantageous;
• Independent, and willing to continuously learn and improve skills
