FPT Software Hanoi is looking for PHP Technical Leader with at least 5 years’ experience. The customer is One of the Big Four accounting organizations. It is a network of firms in 147 countries, with over 219,000 employees and has three lines of services: financial audit, tax, and advisory. Its tax and advisory services are further divided into various service groups.

Job Description

Chance work on professional environment of the biggest company on Auditing field.

What You’ll Be Responsible for:

• Strong knowledge on software implementation best practices, design pattern
• Build/Refactoring source code structure for project and optimize for maintenance
• Design database and optimize the performance
• Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
• Communicate clearly with development team, business users and project manager
• Understand business objectives and design the system adaptation with future changes.
• Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Define coding standard and review code for team
• Training and coaching for member, research into new tools, techniques, and best practices + facilitating knowledge sharing within the team

Job Qualification

Technical requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML.
• Excellent knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST services).
• Excellent knowledge of PHP MVC architecture and OOP programming style.
• Excellent knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of any of the following:
• CMS – WordPress / Drupal / Joomla
• e-Commerce – Magento / Shopify / Bigcommerce / Zen Cart
• PHP Frameworks – Yii Framework / Zend Framework / CakePHP / Codeignitor / Zend Framework / Laravel / Symfony
• Javascript Frameworks – Node.js / AngularJS / Ember.js / Ext JS
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT (mandatory).
• Excellent Communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills

Skill requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• English language to a professional level, written and spoken
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
• Understanding of MVC design patterns
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems or environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Creating database sachems that represent and support business processes
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
