Job Description
  • Lead the global deployment and project management in collaboration with FRIT PM
  • The FRIT PM (overall PM and regional PM) will focus on the employee roles described below, while the PMO will support FR in the following project management aspects
  • Strengthen task and progress management, and prevent delays through appropriate management and handling of the critical path and related tasks
  • Strengthen risk management to prevent risks before they materialize.
  • Strengthen issue management to track and resolve issues that arise without omission
  • Optimize the use of internal and external resources through appropriate management of tasks and issues.
  • (Reference) Assumed Role of FRIT PM
  • IT liaison with HRIS in charge of each group and local HR
  • Point of contact with EPI-USE (determination of requirements and specifications, resolution of technical issues)
  • Coordinate with sales support, FRMIC and other business departments
  • Coordinate schedule and cost with overall PM
  • Coordinate requirements, implementation and verification with other systems in FR
  • Respond to issues across countries and multiple domains

Job Qualification

Must Requirements:

  • PM or PMO experience in large scale global IT projects
  • Familiarity with general project management methodologies such as PMBOK
  • Business level English conversation skills (TOEIC Score: 800+)

Nice to have:

  • Project experience as an application engineer
  • Business knowledge and project experience in the area of attendance and payroll
  • If you are a native speaker, it is better to have Japanese conversation skills

Work location

FR office (Roppongi and Ariake), remote is possible, travel to US/KR may
