Presales Consultant (MS)

Job Description

• FPT Managed Service Presales Consultants is a consultant who is knowledgeable in “Managed Services” and can work with COE to build solutions for their local market and their clients. Presales Consultants are expected to introduce FPT’s capabilities to client, communicate with client CxO’s and understand the client’s pain points, analyze the client’s situation and define the problem, then to provide a solution on how FPT managed services can help the client overcome their problemice

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

Must Have:

• Experience in “Managed Services” in a world class or local major corporation holding an executive position and having strong knowledge of what Managed Services is, what it is capable of and how Managed Services can help a client.
• Logical thinking, ability to explain complex ideas in simple words and presentation material. Has consulting background or working in a corporate strategy division and has experience in identifying problems and providing solutions based on logic.
• Has a good understanding of technology and has a strong understanding of some industry and/or broad knowledge of multiple industries. Ability to speak with clients from multiple industries on IT topics and pain points from various industries.
• Strong understanding of local market, strong communication skills in the local language.

Nice to Have:

• Experience proposing and/or consulting and/or delivering organizational change in an organization.
• Sales experience, IT services pre-sales experience etc.
• English communication skills , other language skills, multi-cultural experience
