Job Description
Summary:
• More than 3 years in Business Analyst Lead and 7+ years of overall experience in IT business analysis
• Have strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
• Have the capability to listen and influence and be proficient in project quality management
• Have in-depth practical knowledge of project or program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Have experience of working in a large digital organization
• Profile: Well-recognized in LinkedIn or equivalent forums
Activities
• Convey both strategic and detailed advice
• Manage and develop BA teams
• Deliver at pace and to work to very tight deadlines
• Develop the analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements
• Gather insight from senior stakeholders and communicate modeling results clearly
• Analyze large amounts of complex information and can use it to produce solutions
• Knows how to work according to test plans to design, interpret and execute them
Business analysis techniques
• An expert in applying techniques that help when investigating, analyzing, modeling, and recording a business area or system of interest, including business environment analysis, and process modeling
• Proof of concept and prototyping
• An expert in performing a proof of concept or prototyping exercise to demonstrate or evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of applying a particular technological business change to meet a business need.
Business proposals
• You’ll be an expert in methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases, requests for proposal (RFP) invitations to tender (ITT), and statements of requirements/work both verbally and in writing.
