Principal SAP S/4HANA Consultant

Are you SAP S/4HANA Consultant and want to contribute in SAP revolution? Join us! You will become essential part of our team focused on drive migration (Brownfield) and implementation (Greenfield) of S/4HANA for our prominent clients.

Team consists of SAP consultants and ABAP developers who support daily operations of the customers and provide new solutions to make their business better. As part of this team, your main responsibility will be to lead and participate on S/4HANA new projects in close cooperation with other consultants and developers to achieve a successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA solution.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• High Impact communication with senior stakeholders. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer’s current process and future state needs. Working with business clients to understand business problems being addressed by the project including estimating the time and effort to completion.
• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Result-oriented individual.
• Prepare detail functional concept and use-cases for developers if needed.
• Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP S/4 HANA environment. Customizing of data and objects in SAP S/4HANA. Solutions evaluation and validation of deployment.
• Support data quality components during the implementation of the solution architecture.
• Provide support for existing systems.
• Work independently and within a team of developers and other consultants to deliver results.
• Prepare technical design documents using enterprise standard documentation tools.
• Interact with other development teams to ensure a consistent, uniform approach to software development.
• Prepare test cases for acceptance tests.
• Maintain documentation about application setting and prepare operational guide.
• Train end-users on specific processes and application.
• Mentor, develop and build a team of SAP S/4 HANA consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of overall SAP ERP implementation and support experience
• 1+ participation on SAP HANA project implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company
• Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops
• Demonstrated leadership skills (organization, manage details, communication, and manage multiple priorities)
• Experience with license and services pre-sales activities
• Experience working directly for a large consulting company a plus
• ABAP development and debugging skills a plus.

• Excellent in Communication/Presentation Skills.
• Fluent German at native level.
