Job Overview
• The Product Manager for Digital Platforms is externally focused on market needs and is responsible for product strategy, product planning and product marketing. You will manage the product throughout the Product Lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. This role also includes working actively with internal teams including sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy, brand, growth and revenue goals.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Job Qualifcation
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Specific knowledge of digital products including cloud, data analytics, AI, ML, microservices and containers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Excellent teamwork skills managing internal and external teams and partners
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
