Job Description
Mission:
• To review solution and handle delivery for assigned accounts
• To represent MFG in China market
• To present proposal and win business for MFG (Manufacturing & Automotive Vertical Industry) of Fsoft
• To Take Accountability in-front of customers
Duties:
• Working closely with sale-persons on proposals and bidding for business.
• Attending meetings with customers and acting as an automotive and manufacturing industry expert.
• Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Presenting proposals to customers.
• Ensuring that the company’s services and solutions/products can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
• Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
• Build-up AUTOSAR development team.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must have:
• Good at Chinese, English communication (HSK 5/TOEIC 800)
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Understand well and experience in Embedded development process
• Manage delivery, train resources to prepare for customer demands
• Good communication with client as well as team members
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, CAN protocol, Telematics, …
• Knowledge of HMI, Cluster, Audio-Video-Navigation, …
• Ability to analyze / study new technical, new hardware
• Known well about at least one type of microcontroller/microprocessor

• ASPICE development process
• PMP certificate
• Agile/Scrum project management
