Job Description
- Discuss with customer to clarify requirements and finalize scope of work
- Define plan, monitor and control risk/issue during project operation
- Ensure product quality and on-timer delivery
- Manage customer expectation and stakeholder involvement
- Build-up ODC in Shanghai including construction, security and asset management
- Manage resource ramp-up progress and control resource quality
Job requirements
Must have:
- Good at Chinese, English communication (HSK 5 / TOEIC 800)
- At least 8 years of experience in project management
- Understand well and experience in Automotive software development process
- Knowledge of CMMI-5 and ASPICE level 2 process
- Manage delivery, train resources to prepare for customer demands
- Good communication with client as well as team members
- Knowledge of HMI, Cluster, Audio-Video-Navigation, …
- Ability to analyze / study new technical, new hardware
Nice to have:
- PMP certificate
- Agile/Scrum project management
