Job Description
As successful candidates:
- You will take part in multi-million project for high-profile customer, which are automotive industry leaders in Germany and China.
- You will manage project designing solution for embedded software used in a car such as BSP (Board Support Package), Autosar Software, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), IVI, Cluster, Telematics, IoV, Smart factory.
- You have various business trips to customer side and making effective connection with the key-decision makers in both customer side and off-shore team.
- You have a great career advance to expand your horizon not only in automotive industry but also the international working experience.
- To review solution and handle delivery for assigned accounts
- To represent MFG in China market
- To present proposal and win business for MFG (Manufacturing & Automotive Vertical Industry) of Fsoft
- To Take Accountability in-front of customers
Duties:
- Working closely with sale-persons on proposals and bidding for business.
- Attending meetings with customers and acting as an automotive and manufacturing industry expert.
- Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
- Presenting proposals to customers.
- Ensuring that the company’s services and solutions/products can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
- Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
- Build-up Autosar development team.
Job qualifications
Must have:
- Good at Chinese, English communication (HSK 5 / TOEIC 800)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Understand well and experience in Embedded development process
- Manage delivery, train resources to prepare for customer demands
- Good communication with client as well as team members
- Knowledge of Autosar, CAN protocol, telematics, …
- Knowledge of HMI, Cluster, Audio-Video-Navigation, …
- Ability to analyze / study new technical, new hardware
- Known well about at least one type of microcontroller/microprocessor
