Job Responsibilities
• Project planning and scheduling
• Task assignment and tracking progress for project‘s members.
• Perform risk management to prevent/minimize project risks/issues.
• Report and escalate to customer and stakeholders as needed
• Ensure deliverables are released on-time with committed quality.
• Lead and motivate project team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.
• Interface with other departments as needed
Basic Qualifications
• More than 2 years’ experience in Project Management
• Strong project planning and estimation methodology
• Familiar with Software Project Management Process
• Have good sense of team working, conflict resolving and collaboration with Customers
• Good at English Communication
Nice to have:
• Experience and understanding of Ethernet Networking
• Good to have experience with Autosar Standard, Linux Embedded and/or QNX.
• Good to have experience with Testing process and methodology.
• Automotive development processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
