PROJECT OVERVIEW
• Our customer is a world-leading semiconductor supplier and one of the largest solution providers in the automotive sector. You will join a truly global team with engineers based all over Europe and the US, developing solutions for connected and autonomous cars, which help shape the world right now and tomorrow.

• Work with a world-leading semiconductor supplier and one of the largest solution providers in the automotive sector
• Have opportunities to work on-site in Europe, the US and Canada.
• The objective of this project is to develop and test Automotive AUTOSAR MCAL drivers for Micro-controllers of the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage project releases from planning phase to release with different release types:
• Project planning and scheduling
• Task assignment and tracking progress for project ‘s members.
• Perform risk management to prevent/minimize project risks/issues.
• Report and escalate to customer and stakeholders as needed
• Ensure deliverables are released on-time with committed quality.
• Customer engagement
• Lead and motivate project team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.
• Interface with other departments as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Strong project planning and estimation methodology
• Very Good at Communication and English Communication, can confidently discuss with US and EU customer
• Familiar with Software Project Management Process
• Have good sense of team working, conflict resolving and collaboration with Customers
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in Project Management
• Technical Knowledge: experience in embedded system projects or related.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Nice to have:
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum working model
• Experience and understanding of AUTOSAR Stacks specifically MCAL layer.
• Good to have experience with Testing process and methodology.
• Automotive development processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
• Team management and methods to motivate subordinates
