PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

Manage firmware/app development project in printer device for the largest printing manufacturers in Japan.

Work as PM for FPT Software’s largest Printing project with team size of 10 ~ 100 people.

Job Description

• Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Collect and manage project team
• Manage budget
• Allocate project resources
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Communicate with Japanese customer
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project

Qualification

• Japanese N2 up is must
• Japanese verbal communication fluently
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Knowledge of techniques and tools
• More than 2 years’ experience as a project manager
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software tools (MPP, jira, redmine, Git)
• Know strongly waterfall, agile working model
• Have C++ experience, printing knowledge is an advantages
