RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in the customer’s environment
• Attending meetings with Japanese customers (daily, weekly, etc.)
• Reporting to the customer on a daily basis
• Planning and supervising, supporting team members to follow the work plan
• Reporting internal project status
• Managing projects with 5–20 members, or handling multiple small projects

REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from a college or university with a major related to IT
• At least 1 year of experience in a PM position
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher
• Hardworking, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Priority given to candidates with basic knowledge of system/OS administration
• Preference for candidates with experience in Infra – IT projects or working on post-go-live phases
• Preference for candidates who have lived and worked in Japan for 3–5 years
• Working according to the Japanese calendar and working hours (6:45 AM – 3:30 PM Vietnam Time)
