Project/Service Delivery Manager – Signing Bonus Up to 25M – NO PROBATION (Remote)

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Develop and execute a project plan
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
• Manage project execution to ensure schedule, and scope
• Coordinate with stakeholders to handle issues.
• Create reports and mtg with the customer.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• College graduated or higher in IT, management in general or related fileds
• At least two (1) years + experience as project mamagement or experience in a similar role
• To have knowledge of Windows computers, essential programs, and performance metrics applications
• Be able to create the report & present to the customer.
• To have good Teamwork and communication skills.
• ITIL v4 is a plus
• Be able to communicate with customers in English is a plus
