Project Team Leader – Signing Bonus Up to 25M – NO PROBATION

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Compiles estimate and timeline of initiative and assures that, for this effort, the time for each resource is being spent correctly.
• Is responsible for successful delivery of this one work stream – or a small project
• Ensures that all tools/ items needed from stakeholders are in place to allow for each step of the project to be completed
• Sets expectations with stakeholders and the implementation team on needs and responsibilities of this work stream (project)
• Reviews any formal communications going to the business with Project Leadership
• Ensures all documentation for their assigned projects is up to date
• Communicates to stakeholders and provide updates on behalf of this effort
• Facilitates setting meetings to continue progress on this effort
• Deliver project status reports as agreed with Functional Lead
• Perform Scrum Master role by setting up Sprint cadence, partnering with BA/Functional Lead/Business to groom the backlog, facilitate the team to Sprint commitment, effort burn down tracking/reporting, remove impediments

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• Have at least 3 years experienced as a developer
• Have at least 1 year experienced as a PTL (or relevant position)
• Deliver project status reports as agreed with Functional Lead
• Have good speaking skill in English
• Experienced in managing a team of 5 members
• Experienced in working with Agile/Scrum
• Good in at least 1 programming language
• Experience in working with Office.
• Have knowledge about RPA is a plus
