Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Takes initiative and leads test automation efforts, performs as a mentor and helps grow a positive, productive work team.
•Participates in defining automation strategy and applying appropriate automation technologies to meet the short and long term goals of Product road map
•Responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, solutions and automated test scripts
•Review requirement specifications and technical design documents to create test scripts and test plans.
•Participate in design and code inspections.
•Analyze test logs; create test reports, coordinate with stakeholders.
•Collaborate with development and cross functional teams to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
•Add business value to Agile teams through proactive participation in all phases of Agile development
•Collaborate with offshore team to make sure smoothly delivery process
Skills required
•Experienced in Selenium, C#, and TeamCity tool
•Experienced in performance testing
•Experienced in API testing
•Experienced in database testing
•Have Agile testing mindset
•3-5 years in QA lead position
