QA Process Improvement

Job Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, analytics, compliance, operations, and release management

Process Verification:
• Consult and guide projects in defining/developing project defined processes/procedure/guideline/templates/checklist.
• Provide training and guidance to project members in process implementation, template & checklist usage
• Verify process compliance based on standard
• Report the non-conformity, issues or defect detected over process compliance audit/product review, then track to closure
• Do monitoring report

Measurement & Analysis:
• Establish measurement & analysis system to measure performance.
• Consolidate the data and metrics for report per request
• Verify completeness & correctness of data collection & metrics analysis result
• Analyze metrics to evaluate process performance

Process Development & Management:
• Develop processes
• Develop training program/training material in software processes
• Perform process audit
• Monitor and report on status of process implementation
• Implement processes improvement
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product lifecycle and agile processes
• Support compliance and legal with enterprise standards, processes, and policies
• Stay up-to-date on competitor and industry trends
