Quality Assurance Leader – Up To $2500

Job Description

Key role responsibilities:
Lead, Manage and mentor QA team to:
• Build process, standardize processes and all documents template – sample
• Identify quality goals based on project scope and objectives
• Prepare for project milestone reviews
• Prepare work products required for milestone reviews
• Perform review of static code quality reports and provide inputs for code quality improvement
• Review work products and provide inputs to improve work product quality
• Perform spot-checks, work product audits and QA milestone reviews
• Perform sample checks on traceability of projects from requirements to design, code, tests
• Perform review of project status report to check adherence to project and department KPIs

Qualifications
• Over 3 years’ experience of working on Engineering development teams as software quality assurance or software engineering
• High Software quality mindset (know what Software quality means and how to achieve it
• Collaborative mindset – fostering exchange with other teams/ projects
• Intercultural competencies – working in multicultural teams
• Experience in developing software development process using tools (e.g. stages tool)
• Strong understanding of process frameworks (ISO 9001:2008, ASPICE, CMMI)
• Experience in using ASPICE framework to perform internal assessments
• Self-organized and able to drive projects to ensure process compliance
• Experience in using project management and engineering tools o Hands-on experience in MS Project, JIRA, Good understanding of engineering tools (DOORS, QAC, EA, CANTATA, etc….)
• Can communicate in English basically

Nice to have:
• Experience about Python, Ruby, C/C++
• Experienced Test
• Experienced Embedded product development
