Job Description
• Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, internet job boards, tech association, and university alumni resources;
• Analyze resource needs and make recruitment plan
• Execute the screening process, initial interviewing, tracking and hiring close;
• Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need;
• Build up candidate database;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends;
• Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly;
• Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Qualification
• Recruiting experience from 01 – 02 years (IT industry knowledge is a plus);
• Good command in using MS. Office software;
• Good communication skill;
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skills;
• Be able to work under high pressure;
• Good appearance, nice, good looking.
