Requirements Analyst

Job Description

• Responsible for the demand investigation of related systems or projects. Collect the original demand data, control the quality of the original demand, cooperate with the business department to analyze and refine, and guide the business department to propose reasonable business needs.
• Responsible for receiving the optimization requirements put forward by the operation and maintenance department.
• Proactively find demand defects, put forward bug demands and optimization needs.
• Responsible for integrating and designing reasonable information processes and rules, and clarifying the functions and performance requirements of the system, and completing the preparation of the requirements specification.
• Participate in system design and program implementation, participate in design review, test case review, online review, and provide requirements support and guidance to ensure that requirements are successfully launched.
• Responsible for organizing requirements review, organizing user testing, requirements tracking, and requirements support work at all stages before going online.
• Responsible for demand training.

Job Requirements

• Have 5 years or more experience in demand analysis, with auto parts manufacturing industry experience preferred;
• Have excellent business process and business model analysis and design capabilities;
• Strong document writing ability and communication and understanding ability, able to understand customer needs and clearly explain to developers;
• Master demand analysis tools such as mockup and Axure
• English can communicate
