• Execution of the company’s sales strategy to ensure over-achievement of the associated revenue and business objectives.

• Be an evangelist of the company automation tools by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution

• Work closely with RPA Developers and Architects – Product team at improvement of the core functionalities and adding external technologies to the company ecosystem.

• Facilitating workshops, working with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility

• Operating as a business consultant and recommending process automation improvements. Build solutions for different industry landscapes

• Compiling costs required for RPA implementation and calculating business benefits

• Designing and implementing software robotics and process automation to deliver against business requirements, software and industry best practices. Build and deliver tailored industry specific demos for new prospects and clients

• Developing internal and external training materials

• Undergoing training on RPA tools and automation best practices

• Constantly evaluate RPA strategy and approach and conduct research on emerging RPA approaches and technologies

• Develop and refine leading practice RPA approach and methodology.

Job Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with process analysis, requirements gathering and programming background

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Strong client relationship skills, including an ability to independently engage with clients

• Strong people and project management experience

• Strong analytical skills and logical approach

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

• Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills

• Understanding of SDLC Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies

• Willingness and ability to travel

• Experience working on RPA engagements as a process analyst, including leading development of Process Design Documents (PDDs)

• Hands on experience with and/or working understanding of RPA tools such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism

• Experience of large enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
