SAP Technical/Functional Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care

• Manage SAP Technical Consultant team (70-100 members), SAP Functional Consultant
team (30-50 members)
• Responsible for developing SAP Consultant team, in size and skill, including interviewing,
training, coaching and career path consulting
• Create estimation, proposal and do presales tasks
• Support technical requirements and issues in department’s projects.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience                                                                   

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP.
• Experienced in management, training for over 3 years
• Have good knowledge about SAP: SAP Hana, SAP4Hana, Fiori, PI…
• Have knowledge about: FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR…
• Must have ability to work and to face customer independently in English
• Have ability to make proposal, estimation and presales
• Basic understanding of business processes
• Must have good communication, analytical and logical thinking
