• IT background, graduated from top 15 universities of Vietnam.
• Well understand agile manifesto, and its 12 principles.
• Well understand Scrum theory, and its 5 values.
• Well understand Lean practices, Kanban method.
• Know some frameworks of scrum at scale.
Job Qualification
• Mandatory to work as Scrum Master at least 2 years, in either startup environments, or corporate.
• Can coach the team when to use what methods or frameworks.
• Have experience using Scrum at scale frameworks.
• Should already organize several training sessions about Scrum, and Agile, Lean, Kanban for teams.
• Good to have experience in insurance, banking or fintech domains.
• Good at communication in both Vietnamese, and English, and facilitation skills.
• Know some techniques, tools to facilitate, mentor, and coach teams.
Responsibilities
SM serves Development Team
• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality;
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done;
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress; and,
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
SM serves Team Lead (PO)
• Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
• Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment; and,
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
SM serves Agile Coach
• Leading, training, and coaching the team in its Scrum adoption;
• Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the team;
• Helping team members and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work; and,
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
