Scrum Master – US Market

Job Description

• Perform all scrum master tasks: remove impediments for the team, ensure team is on track and motivation
• Support the team to clarify requirement with PO.
• Prepare all necessary documents for different ceremonies such as: Sprint planning, sprint retrospective
• Grow the team to 30 members as the target
• Good in English communication (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
• Having experiences of team leader/scrum master position.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Having technical background is plus point
• Familiar with Agile process
• Having experiences to work directly with customer in English market.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to project-manage and work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
