We are looking for a senior Business Analyst to work directly with customer mainly in Thailand, and development team in another country.
Receive knowledge transfer/handover from customer and 3rd party service provider. Transfer knowledge back to team.
Lead the activities of eliciting and analyzing product goals, business requirements together with customer representatives regarding new module/features.
Collaborate with Solution Architect and development to propose IT solution.
Lead and collaborate with other Business Analyst to document the requirements, business solution and ensure knowledge transfer to development team. Manage product backlog.
Engages in technical discussion to support ensuring technical solution meet customer expectation.
Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaint
Lead and collaborate in bug filtering/prioritizing during end user test or in maintenance phase. Work as bridge between customer team and bug fixing team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
At least 3 years’ experience in BA role. Experience in software development using Agile software development methodologies.
Experience with healthcare industry, healthcare/wellness product and system.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with onsite-offshore and multi-country working environment.
Smart and strong analytic skills.
Excellent documentation/presentation skills (UML/BPML diagrams, UI/wireframe, user story, BRD, etc.)
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Experience with cloud architect, APIs and mobile technology.
Excellent communication skills both Thai and English language.
