Job Description
- Work with US/EU base customer, time-shift, meeting at night time is required.
- Join the bidding process, interpret the customer’s ideas to the completed requirement understanding for the proposal.
- In the project, conduct requirement meetings (workshops) to gather ideas/requirements from business users/customers/stakeholders.
- Create Business Requirement Definition, Software Requirement Specification, Mockup, User story definition with clear acceptance criteria and other related documents.
- Make presentations to show the requirement understanding and getting approval from key business users/customers/stakeholders, ensure the requirements meet business needs.
- Prioritize the requirements/backlogs based on business needs.
- Translate requirement to the project team, makes sure every team member understands what they’re doing and why.
- Perform Project Acceptance Test before release UAT.
- Run workshops and training sessions for business users/customers/stakeholders can use the software, applications.
- Lead the BA team 5-10 members cross the projects, develop the new BA.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required plus min. 4 years of experience performing business analysis and gathering requirements.
- ENGLISH fluent in Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Development framework.
- Having basic technical knowledge to effective communicate with development team.
- Good UI/UX Mockup knowledge/experience.
- Good at change requirement management.
- Professional in Communication & Presentation skills.
- Extensive analytical skills to properly interpret a customer’s business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to consult both stakeholders and development team to make swift decisions on issues and features as the situation requires.
- Ability to working with a variety of people in various positions across different organizations, including stakeholders, decision-makers, developers, testers, and project managers, supervisors. Work well under high pressure.
- Experience working with remote resources and staff in geographically dispersed areas
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.
