Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Description

• Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identify risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyze existing operations and schedule training and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders

Job Qualification

• Minimum of 03 years of working experience developing client applications.
• Build responsive web experiences across multiple devices and browsers
• Hands-on experience in web programming (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstraps, REST Services).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in any of the technical stack of C#.NET, Angular+, JavaScript or Node.js, React.js, JavaScript or React Native, IONIC as a full stack client developer.
• Experience with databases (TSQL, cursors, replications, etc.)

Not required but preferred:

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
• Experience with direct, remote and virtual teams
• Experience in supportability “DevOps” environment.
• Good communication in English
