Senior .NET Developer – Signing Bonus Up to 45M

Job Description

• Study, analyze & clarify projects’ requirements together with team
• Breakdown task, estimate effort for task
• Design/initial solution, framework for web/window application
• Design, develop, unit test and deploy software application in good quality. Assure delivery of final product based on scope, requirements, schedule, etc.
• Develop and maintain projects using .NET technologies such as web applications, windows services, or windows apps
• Deploy the system on Azure or AWS
• Resolve critical problem about technical
• To co-ordinate with Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing request
• To co-ordinate with Technical Architect in project technical matter
• To co-ordinate with IT/Admin department for infrastructure setup if requested: network connectivity, office space, etc.
• To co-ordinate with QA group to define/tailoring software development process, guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes utilized and ensure the strict implementation of the process in compliance with ISO 9001 & CMM standards
• To co-ordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction • To manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
• To organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities • To produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc)
• To approve leave requests for all project’s subordinates
• To participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project’s members
• Participate in company’s soft skill training or workshop
• To perform other tasks requested by BOD
• Participate in client visit preparation and hosting
• Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning

Job Qualifcation
• Proven ability for developing high-volume windows/web applications
• Proficient with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ & .NET core development
• Strongly with C# WPF, C++, Image Processing
• Experience identifying and addressing performance and scalability issues
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server
• Good at writing and reading English skills.
• Good Teamwork spirit.
• Willing to learn, understand new / emerging technologies & good teamwork skills
