Job Description

• Designs and codes following technical solutions.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicates and enforces coding standards
• Reviews work of team.
• Guide team to analyze requirement and design

Job Qualification
• Experience: 2 years up experience Design/coding with PHP programming
• Education/Certification: Graduated from University or equivalent.
• Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics.

Must have:
• Can resolve technical issues and ensure quality of design/source code
• Strong experience with PHP; LAMP; RESTFul Webservice
• Experience with database
• Experienced with OOP/UML/Design Patterns
• Good in writing design document and approaching new technologies
• Good at analyzing & problem solving skill
• Good teamwork generates enthusiasm among team members.

Nice to have:
• Experienced with PHP frameworks such as Laravel; Yii; Symphony; etc. is a plus
• Have a specific level of Japanese is an advantage
• Have experience of working with Japanese Customer/Clients is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
• Ability to lead a small team
